Hello everyone. I recently bought a 2011 Nissan Patrol Y62. However, when I’m driving fast on a straight road and take my foot off the accelerator, the 4H and 4LO lights on the dashboard start flashing alternately, and there is a terrible noise coming from underneath the vehicle. Then, as soon as I press the accelerator again, the warning disappears and everything goes back to normal.

Of course, I already had a computer diagnostic check done, but no errors are showing up and it says everything is normal. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? How did you fix it? Please help.
