admin
Looks like you use an electric pump for your water - I have a hand pump, just like the one on the left of your sink, but the wife and I hate pumping it.. got a reccommendation for an electric pump I can put under the camper to make things a little easier? dav
I used a 4.3LPM pump but a 3.8LPM would do the job. I got mine from Opposite Lock this one http://www.enmachind.com.au/poly-rv-accessories/tank-fittings-accessories You don't need a big pump to use a lot of water in the bush and you are not running a fire hose. I all so have son/off switch on mine but it turns off automaticly when the tap is turned off.
admin
Cheers for that.. I dont suppose you have ever plumbed it in to the manual hand pump? Im wondering if water will just flow out of the hand pump spout if the electic pump is on.. If it does then great otherwise im going to need to find a new tap to. Yes you can and I did but you need to switch it on and off. Also put a bypass in pas the pump with a valve so if the pump stops you can still pull water threw the hand pump. Thats what the two valves are for in the photo. As you can see my pump is in the side hatch of the trailer. Here is a pic of the under side.
