Thank you Rumcajs, you must have read my mind. 03 GU with ZD30Di. Time to rip it out and see what is to follow. I have reservoir removed already and looks like two bolts and a hose still to remove. Leaking on oil side of pump. Not so sure if oil is leaking from there now I can see better, might be below the power steering pump (vacuum pump?) Will give her a degrease and turn over to have a better looksy. Well bugger me. The mechanic in Oakey who rebuilt my motor late last year must have CRAFT's disease (Carnt Remember A F@$%&ing Thing) A bolt holding the steer pump on was loose and the other had several washers on it. Pic below shows the hosing for pump with a crack and the pump drive gear slightly knackered. Whilst finding out my new found problems 3 hose clamps were night tight or on properly and ther is an assortment of bolts and screws missing. Pondering the thought of not owning a Patrol now.

Trying to remove power steering pump, so now looking for schematics how to replace.
