OK Mine is CRD Cleaned the MAF, seemed clean. Seems to be running better. Odd sound could be turbo squeak, need to get it serviced. Any suggestions in Canberra?

Mine is a late 2006 which is supposed to be Cmmon Rail (according to dealer I bought it from). How can I tell the difference (externally)? No NADS mods, it's stock, only just out of the Nissan 5 year warranty. History: - Had the AFM replaced once under warranty. Went into LIMP. - Dark stains at right rear of intercooler on the fins. Dealer said it was jsut dirt. - Had oil stain on turbo at the hose leading up from turbo, Dealer said "did the hose up tighter".

Z30 engine, manual, 2006 model Been travelling around Australia, started in Canberra with a roof top tent and full length roof rack. Got 850km on 100 litres. Up in Qld, now getting 500km on 100 litres. Have changed air cleaner, for a little gain. Using Flashlube diesel conditioner for a little gain, less rattles. My guess is that the intercooler or AFM are leaching air. Air conditioner drains a lot more than it should.
