Hi all my names Mick and I've got a GU series 1 with a few bits and pieces. I'm on a few 4wd forums and I've had Patrols since I got my licence.

I'm a spray painter by trade but got sick of working on cars all day everyday. Now I build horse floats these days so the involves a bit of everything, fabrication, electrical, carpentry and painting so I don't get bored anymore. I've also just started up my own business doing HID projector conversion kits and installations as there doesn't seem to be many people doing it in Australia.

I am an ex painter also, yes same deal got sick of same thing, same place day in day out. Now i am a qualfied chippy too, much better. Anyway enjoy the forum mate!

Yes the trade gets very boring and I don't think you could pay me enough to go back. I was a paint rep for a little while to and that was still to close to the trade.
