Help! Front diff grind intermittent?

Okay.. So my Maverick is developing an issue..

Grinding noise / rattle in the front left wheel.. Appears after 40kph.. Disappears under 40kph.

Wheel bearings are in good shape.. Had a wheel wobble recently but replacement draglink fixed that..

Just had the brakes done.. It does it if you roll downhill with engine off..

Both hubs heat up evenly...

I'm a bit stumped. It's a significant grinding noise.. But only sometimes...

Where do I start?!
