November 7, 201411 yr comment_8138 I'd wondered what else has gone down, does yours have immobilizer? You should see red light flashing on top of dashboard in rh corner when key is off. Edited November 7, 201411 yr by Rumcajs Report
November 7, 201411 yr Author comment_8139 yes it has immobilizer, red light flashes. it was reset 6 months ago by Nissan, cost $750, Nissan here don't have a good reputation. there is a lock smith here that can rematch the keys, giving him a go on Monday Report
November 7, 201411 yr comment_8140 Does the NATS light go off with ignition ON? If it keeps flashing than it is that. Report
November 7, 201411 yr comment_8142 Well either there is another fuse blown somewhere, or the short caused some voltage spike somewhere with predictable consequence. Does MIL work and is glow plugs light/indicator briefly ON after the ignition is turned ON? If not than ECU is not being powered or worse. Regards Report
November 8, 201411 yr Author comment_8143 MIL light works and glow plug light work ok. MIL light go's off when cranking engine over. will check fuses again. Report
