I have hit the boards as I need to sort this out today..

might as well put in new coil spring seats when i have my suspension out (very soon) as I have to do the bump stops as well..

looking at aftermarket seats on fleabay given they are 70 bucks for the 4 or from Nissan 200..

Anyone used the aftermarket spring seats?
Also I seen the nolathane seats but could not see that many people recommend them..

Thoughts?
