My 2003 3lt has suddenly started going into limp mode, mainly in 3rd gear, and lighting the engine light. We put it on a mates scan tool and got the error code 0095 (over boost) I have Dawes and needle valve, EGR block.Boost hits about 7psi and it limps. Sometimes I can get to 16 psi, but not often. I also have a strange squeaking noise when I shut it down sometimes. It sounds like a vacuum leak. Would that set off a limp mode? How do you find a leak on a diesel? On the way back from Brisbane last weekend, it limped home from Kilcoy (160km). At one stage I hit a bump and it seemed to take off for a while but soon limped again. This makes me wonder if I have a faulty sender or wire somewhere. Has any body had a similar thing happen?
