Howdy, been told my radius arm bushes and tie rod ends are past use by, handy with a spanner, Any tricks or things to look out for when replacing, Got a press and have re-newed control arms, Panhard rod bushes etc.Radius arms look abit more PITA. Cheers.

Pedders sell rubber caster correction buster which flex more than neoprene .

Just need a lot of patience and plenty of lube. With tie rod ends watch for toe-in/toe-out adjustment as it can easily go out, measure before and after.

Don't just rely on "how many turns" it takes to remove the end. Use "Neverseez" type lubricant on threads as well.

Cheers , will deffinatly put anti-seize on the threads off tie-rods, and lock-tight on radius arm bolts/nuts. Just wondering the best way to remove radius arms, One at a time, put diff on stands, wheels off??, Chassis on stands aswell??? Spose the main thing is that the diff dont move when there out??

I'd do one at the time, it is a PITA if diff turns, wheels off to have a space and support chassis to be safe, if keeping on wheels than just use chassis stands to get the weight off a bit.

Sweet, Ill'e put stands under chassis and diff,wheels off, as you say as long as the diff dont twist, so one at a time will be the go. Cheers.

We always do one side at a time when we do ours and only jack stand under the chassis, undo the draglink on one side so you can remove the radius arms much easier. When it's time to put that side back in you can then use the tyre on the ground to roll the diff either way to line up the bolt holes on your diff, you may also need to use the jack to twist the diff depending on how bad your old bushes are? I hope this helps

All done , was easier than in thought, also done panhard again and got all new nuts and bolts from nissan for radius and panhard. Were about $4 each so not bad.
