After talking to Overkill Engineering all morning he has explained and showed me where to make adjustments in the setup for what im trying to achieve and after a few hours under the truck and on the calculator i have finally produced this

This is the best possible outcome available with what i want to do and how i want to do it without loosing ground clearance by lowering the frame mounts below the chassis line.

Iv run a simulation with 37/38" tyre combos along side the 35" tyre for everyday use and the figures with the 37/38 only change the roll understeer by 1 more point so with a couple of adjustment positions in the frame mounts i should be able to fine tune the suspension to range from 33-40" tires no problem.

The calculator is available from http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=204893 its a free download but you will need microsoft excel to use the programe.
