What is the purpose of relay rod? If we mount y60 streeing box to mk 160, we can connect pitman arm dirrecltly to drag link without using relay rod. Any draw backs here ?

Thought I'd start another thread for what everyone is doing with their trucks. This weekend I've been fixing my rear bumper needed extra bracing cause of spare tyre carrier, so I'm using angle to beef it up. I also finished paint the lower section of the truck. It's now a white with a black bottom. It's good to have her looking good again. Then I got the horn and blinkers working. Not long now... Sorry about the photos, I only remember to take them when the light is nearly gone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. Just thought I would start I thread here, to say ha ha I'm the 1st to post here. And welcome to a possible era of MQ/MK content. I really hope not and is a waste of time, but with current situation on the troll forum, I think this might be good. COILS.

Does anyone know whether the GQ recovery points (pic) fit MK. Are the stud pattern the same, they look the same pattern. I've only got one of those stupid alloy bars. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How's it going guys Thought I'd chuck up some pics of the shorty and share her story I was very lucky that I found her picked her up for $3200 pretty much stock and running the sd33t engine with the 5 speed bolted to it there was a few bits of spot rust so I cleaned them up pretty quickly. The first mod was to cut off the alloy scrub bars and then I replaced the tyres with some 33/12.5r15 max is bighorns. I then replaced the spot ties with some if HIRs and threw in a 2" body lift. I also added a snorkel, duel batts, compressor, UHF and replaced the windows with 1 piece flexiglass.
