  1. So then decided i needed the cooler higher and more forward. so i flipped the power steering cooler and got rid of all the hard pipes. they were in the way of the intercooler pipework anyway. i put the ps cooler behind the intercooler. much better now.

  4. Does when they cost near $600 each. Iv decided to try the compressor under passenger seat for something different. just got to finish wiring it up today. to hot in the bay. getting a shorter exhaust made up tomorrow. will dump in front of rear diff, and just be 3inch straight pipe, no muffler or resonator.
  5. Can you have a go yourself mate? just need to tape it off nice and straight, get a 4inch angle grinder and a decent slitting disc, cut it about 20mm lower than you want it for the first go, then once you have a feel for cutting it, go easy and cut along your line/tape.
  6. Sold one of the LR tanks, fitted my twins(airlockers), and my new gears. looks like iv sold my other diff centers, My 33's were useless after fitting 4.6's, so i bought a set of new wheels off greg @ G&S tyres to go on my 37 procomp's for road use. so happy with how they drive. i LOVE them.
  7. fuel pump is on its way from wa. bought 4.6's today. bought front and rear arb airlockers too. -already had front one, but easy to do both diff centers if swapping gears. also got 2 long range tanks, gotta decide which one to fit.
  8. been driving it some more. fixed the grill. and washed it at one stage.
  9. been out driving it a bit. . . . also had to buy a set of roadies. front treps are nearly stuffed. 4,000km old.
  10. im not using a socket, im using in cab controls, i also have a solid state solenoid, so its like this diagram a bit.
  11. Fired it up in the driveway and wound my rope onto it thisavo. excited about getting stuck now.
  12. started wiring up my winch. cant wait to try it out.

  14. All the bolts that normally hold it on, about 20 of em. snorkel is bolted to quarter, and a pillar, and inner guard.
  15. yeah, bought 2 sets actually, along with bumper and bullbar to match. and an airbox, and a snorkel, and a winch. . . . .
  16. bought genuine gu flares.
  17. no airbag, and will fit your gq no worries, but i recommend the pulsar n13 steering wheel. . . . i had one in a gq and loved it. the style suits better.
  18. Got my gauges in and fit locker switches. also see in pic the navara wheel. great wheels.
  19. Cheers, 37x12.50-17 comp treps on Walker Evans 17in alloy race beadlocks. -still weigh a ton. . . . . .
  20. On the car. make 35in simex's look moderate.
  21. They are bead locks. and im not sure that they are illegal, it is illegal to weld a steel wheel for instance which is usually the way people make a beadlock, but im not sure that an allied savannah or walker evans as a factory beadlock is illegal.
