I took it for granted that would be a universal type law in any ist world country and pretty much every other place as well. I remember a mate telling me about seeing Vending machines full of USED girls knickers on the subways In Tokyo. I couldn't believe he thought I could fall for such a story... until some time later when a stranger told me the same thing and others still confirmed it.
