I can get a neat flush 12mm grommet for the bottle And the simple 6mm hose to the air box.. I'm going to wire in a override switch as I don't want it on at first start up untill the engine is warm.. I'm also going to put a tap in it for 100ml/ min flow.. It sounds good on paper but I'll adjust it when it's all hooked up. Going to start on a 30% blend. Just need to get some filters to filter the water threw..

Well I'm off to the wreckers tonight to price them up. They are known to be a rip off joint so I guess I'm going to find out.. If they are I'll go eBay.. Once I have the pump I'll just be using the sprinkler system sprayer and some push together fittings and hose for the rest.. I'll start with the 3ltr milk bottle and build a nice 15-20ltr tank once I'm happy and the dual battery system is in.. Might see if I can fit it into the 1/4 panel... I'll try and photo it but I've been known to just do it, then think about photos.. Lol..

I buy Australian Mike, just shop around for a good deal... Ok, I'll try WI system, then injectors, then plugs. I'll let you know how I go.

Yea after thinking about it can't be the plugs, but during these colder months it start well but is missing on a few cylinders for a couple of seconds. And smoke is low really compared to some I've seen, it's not visible at 100 during the day to me but more at night through the car lights behind me. I do intend on fitting the WI system. Just gotta get the pump and go from there. I may hold off on the plugs untill last as there are a few other things that need doing first like brake discs and pads..

I know how he feels, bosses on power trips. I was told I wasn't allowed back to a site by this one supervisor after my first week due to getting a chronic ear infection. Nothing else, no written complaint, just this one bloke on a power trip, nearly cost me my house. Thankfully he quit and I can go back now... It's not fun. But hopefully your son takes the opportunity and runs with it..

I found a few Queensland and nsw places selling no Branders for around the $15 a plug. Bosch have a set of 6 plugs for $36 delivered, but then they also list a set of 6 for $100. Pictures show 2 totally different plugs but I'll leave both as I've read the same as you Glort. The only reason in changing them out is its nearly at 1/2 million on the clock and it's starting to put out a bit of smoke on the highway. I believe this could be unburnt fuel. So I'll try the no Branders then.. $80 for 6 delivered, and 2 yrs warranty why not...

Hell mate.. Your throwing some dam good offers there way. Not like it's every weekend is it? My first job was in a local engineering firm, a couple of hrs a week around school for $6.50/ hr.. And the security use to slip in a few more bucks as she said I was running rings around the other blokes. Yr 11-12 I was doing my apprenticeship after completing a cert 2 in agriculture threw yr9-10 at school.. But being a country boy and living on the farm I've grown up with the 'work hard to anywhere' mentality. But compared to my city friend who are still bumming of there parents at 25yrs old and only work part time, free rent and are still crying poor... Got me beat.. I thought my city friend to drive on the farm, I had it down pat due to driving from when I could reach the peddles with grandpa, but unfortunately I moved out at 18 I didn't teach him heap of mechanical stuff.. The other day he rings me up asking how much oil his Holden Ss ute should take?? I said about 5-6 ltrs, check the manual.. Really he says, I'm up to 20 ltrs and I still can't see it.. WHAT!!!! Is it on the floor??? No.. Where are you looking for it..' In the top were you poor the oil... (face in palm) you dickhead, remember the dipstick I told you about... ... You get the drift... Anyway, all you can do is try, of they don't want to take it on there is nothing you can do but let them learn themselves.. They'll be interested in what you have to offer one day..

Well it's Tax time and this year the old girls will be having a birthday.. It's pushing near 1/2 million and its starting to show its age. I've just done some research and dam plugs are cheap.. But what band if favored.. In have the GQ 91 with TD42 NA in it. So what have you found works well. Cheers

Could you turn those blades into something Ray? I'm thinking maybe a light green waste (lawn, leaves) mulcher for a fire heater of some sort.??

To right. As soon as you don't dance when they pull a string, your out.. But f-em. And F the greenies to. There the number 1 reason for this dam Tax... Why didn't they just up the GST from 10% to 12%??? They'd make a lot of money, and a simple line like 'the raise is in line with inflation..' would have rannga sitting high and mighty, and I'm guessing us Aussies wouldn't bat an eye lid to it... But hay, I have been known to think radically outside the box...
