I've often wondered what the point is about displaying post counts. It really is a forum thing, no matter what the forum. Is it something that simply exists in the software and can't be turned off, or modified, to display something less geeky?

And being in that catergory, I'd be happy for no post count or mine to always read 10!

The best one I have ever seen is on a model forum by a bloke with over 53,000 posts last time I looked since 2008 I think it was.

That's just plain disturbing!

I got it wrong.

It's a model and she has been on the forum since April 2007.
