Depends, Matt is pretty busy, and depends what td05 you want, i was getting the 16g large wheel but ended up with a 18g after a bit of discussion as it suited my application better.

There was also going to be bit of a wait for the 16g.

i had my 18g 1 week after i bought it.

They are bead locks. and im not sure that they are illegal, it is illegal to weld a steel wheel for instance which is usually the way people make a beadlock, but im not sure that an allied savannah or walker evans as a factory beadlock is illegal.
