Got quotes today for $20,000 of upgrades. -it will be sweet. should be ready for sale within 3-4months, will be getting full king smoothies, lockers, all custom arms, laminated diffs, td05 turbocharger, swafftec pump, walkers/allieds and 37x12.5/17 treps, custom sliders, PWR intercooler/radiator, navara steering wheel, piston upgrade, exhaust, etcetc. Asking price around mid 30's. build will be documented exclusive here. Yes, it is long but I am trying to make it informative so it answers more questions than it creates. I'll also do a bit specifically on the 4.2 based on my experience of 2 years with one. Report

Phone: 03 5134 1007 i am paying $2,400au for 4x shocks and the king racing steering damper. This includes Australian warranty, custom valving, canister brackets, damper mounts, and shimming. Last time i bought direct from the states and it didnt work out much cheaper after you buy all the other bits and pay for valves/shims. He will be doing my complete suspension kit this time. my diff lamination, and my lockers. Report

I'm sitting in the Chinese restaraunt in Cooma because the kitchen in the alpine hotel(my usual spot) is shut. It's in the carpark. Drives well... It's slow. I havnt had a slow patrol in ages. but apart from a dent in the passenger sill it's pretty straight, I'll get pics at home tomorrow. Iv told dean(previous owner) I was going to do the build thread here. So there's another member to the ranks. Report
