  1. Some more good things to look forward to. Beadlocked 38" TSL boggers.
  2. I've had this winch laying around for ages, I thought it was time to put it in. The winch is a low mount 12000 pound and my bar is a cheesy high mount so it had to be modded.. I found that under the wings of the bar were rusting out so off they went. New tube wings and top of bar cut to suit. I cut some 10mm plate for the base. Tacked in place. A quick test run for the winch to make sure everything still fits then all to be welded up. Then painted. I tested up the hill on the week end and pretty happy happy with it.
  3. Ok 3 calipars pistons were seized so I had to be rebuild them. I only had one functional brake working lol. I put slotted rotter's on at the beginning of last year. I threw some more audio in. And there s a rockford frostgate 12" punch comp class sub hiding in the back as well.
  4. Yeap I maybe have a guy. We just a descent camera with footage
  5. Have been really happy with how the truck is going. I have been pretty sack working on the truck over the past cuppel of months but been getting good wheeling in. I am about to modify my front bar and put a 12000 pound winch on it, other then that I have rebuild three calliper's and pulled out some of my car audio stuff out of the garage to put in. I will post picture as I go.
  6. Nice work man, Keep those s picture coming. Mick.

Value for money you cant go past the Amadas. They are reusable, rebuild able, good for slow and fast driving and they are made especially for GQ GU. For $285 each you cant go wrong. Mick
  8. Yeah this is common problem with GQ GUs, Ive bent a few in my time as well. Because the drag link is lower then the diff the drag link gets snagged on pretty much anything. Superior engineering have made a comp spec drag link out of 4140, They are bomb proof, They retail for $375. highly recommend. Mick.
  9. hows it all coming along ?
  10. So you have a drivers seat for me ?
  11. No real process over the last month did a trip with a few guys down to Daiberg Gorge over the long weekend here's some pics.
  12. Hey Winga what measurement are those rear shocks in millimetres? That thing is very nicely flexed up.
  13. That front bump is hollow for the first 30/40 mm then goes solid so i think it should be right. I flexed it up and it seem fine fully squashed up but then again i probably end up changing again.
  14. With out sway bars on the road it drives like a boat but with it them it drives better that factory could bring out. Yes mostly of the shelf gear but not easy a lot of stuff has been modified to suit. here is some pictures of the the bumps And the new flares and (flaps) lol The flaps are removable for wheeling.
  15. All depends who you know
  16. Got some stuff done to day and over the past few days.Chopped front and rear guards, put on new flares out of vinedex this is good stuff to make flares out of, bolted my front bump stops to the rear (which is on top of the diff), put a 40mm bit of square box section under the bump stop and left the original top bump stop in so they both meet then squash to gather. Will post some pictures tomorrow.
  17. While she's all flexed up she sits flat and level, good work man cant wait to see it in action out at the gorge. How she feeling on the road a little roly ? Will talk soon.
  18. GQ GU seats don't match up, Bolt up the GQ rails to GU seats though.
  19. Chopped front and rear guards.Made new flares and mud flaps Bolted new bump stops.
