To go with what Jamus said from memory nissan do a sticker pack thing. The sticker goes into the top loop. Supposed to make them retract better. If you have a look at the top loop - lift the seatbelt you'll see there normaly caked with dirt. If you rub this of it helps alot aswell.

Thanks mike and twisty. I ve got a small gme now but can't fit it anywhere since other stuff has gone in, hence the remote head as suggested. I will have another look tomorrow at the icom handpiece and go from there. I've always had gme before but they have always been sold with the car before they have gotten too old. This one being unfitted as such will be staying with me for awhile even if the car goes. That's why I want something decent that will last. Cheers Mark.

Finally replaced the infra red eye for my cruise control. It's only been broken for 10 months so not to bad.

I thought all the power company had to do was pull the fuse at the power pole. Long pole - twist - jobs done. 2 minutes. When we had the floods on last year we watched them going up the street putting them back in while we were waiting our turn.

If you go down the route of filing the plug, dont do it on the machine. (warranty) Buy a 15amp lead and file that down. Plus it comes in handy when you take it to a mates house to help out and they don't have 15amp. Its also handy having the lead for my van when setup at friends houses. Hey Nutta, Ive attached how my wires were run. Wiring point was there from previous owner (mines). Had a bar on the roof for towing - indicators stop and reverse lights. I have switched out some wiring for spotties instead. I also left the reverse light wiring in to run a reverse light worklight attached to my rack.

Try and hit on the tail side. With wing of your bull bar. Most of the time they will jump forward if their going to, least that way you've got more chance of saving radiator etc and driving off. Although if its a real big bastard its gunna hurt no matter what. And make sure its dead to.

As dye said white is unburnt fuel. Fuel is there obviously so it must be spark. If its not glow plugs check the rail for loose connections.
